Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and refund requests within **30 days** of purchase.  
All return requests will be reviewed to ensure the product meets the eligibility criteria below.

2. Digital Product Return Conditions
Because we sell digital software licenses, a return is accepted only when:
- the license key has not been redeemed,
- the product has not been activated,
- the customer requests a return within 30 days of purchase.

Once a license key has been viewed, delivered, activated, or used, it is no longer eligible for return.

3. Free Returns
All eligible returns qualify for **free return shipping** (digital return process).  
There are **no restocking fees**.

4. No Final Sale Items
We do **not** designate any digital products as “final sale.”  
Every eligible order is covered by our 30-day return policy.

5. Invalid / Non-working Keys
If a key is invalid or activation fails, we will provide:
- a free replacement, or
- a full refund.

Proof such as a screenshot of the activation error may be required.

- product purchased,
- reason for return.

We respond within 24–48 hours.
