1. Digital Delivery Only
All products sold on this website are digital software licenses. 
No physical items are shipped.

2. Delivery Method
Your order will be delivered via e-mail to the address you provide during checkout.
The delivery includes:
- digital license key,
- download link (if applicable),
- activation instructions.

3. Delivery Time
We offer fast digital delivery:
- Typically delivered within **10 minutes**,  
- Up to a maximum of **12 hours** during manual verification or high order volume.

4. No Shipping Fees
Since all products are digital, there are **no shipping fees**.

5. Non-Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your product within 12 hours:
- Check your spam/junk folder;
- Confirm that you entered the correct e-mail address.

If still not received, contact us and we will resend your order immediately.

6. Incorrect Email Address
If the customer provides an incorrect e-mail address, delivery cannot be completed.  
We will resend the order once the correct address is provided.
